The agreement
Educational estimates only
All figures — monthly payments, total interest, forgiveness projections — are planning estimates. They assume constant income, on-time payments, and simplified federal rules. They are not quotes, pre-approvals, or promises of any loan outcome.
No advice, no lender relationship
EduRepay is not a lender, broker, servicer, or financial advisor, and using this site creates no lender-borrower or advisor-client relationship. Nothing here is personalized financial advice. Verify everything with studentaid.gov, your servicer, or a licensed professional.
Rules change
Federal repayment plans, poverty guidelines, forgiveness tax treatment, and court rulings change frequently. We update formulas when we can, but the tool may lag behind new rules. Currency of information is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may use EduRepay freely for personal planning. Don't scrape it abusively, misrepresent it as your own product, or use it in a way that disrupts availability for others.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
